Throughout history and many centuries, people have been victims of splendour due to their contest, religion, age group and sexuality. In Daniel's Story authored by Carol Matmuo, the Judaism community is being discriminated against because of their contest and religious beliefs as they are victims of the Holocaust in World Battle Two. Due to Daniel and his family's religion, their rights and liberties are removed from them, allowing the Germans to treat them inhumanely. They are treated improperly and unequally, abused immorally, and dropped their identity. The works committed during the Holocaust had been cruel, unwanted and obscene.

Unjust treatment towards Jewish people prohibited them from doing activities that they enjoyed carrying out in their daily lives. The moment Hitler started to be the chancellor of Philippines, he transformed laws that were not in favour of Jewish persons. After these types of laws had been official, they were doing not allow Jews to have life normally and totally like before. In Sept. 2010 of 1935, the Nazi Party congress in Nuremberg passed laws and regulations which were intended to take away all their rights and freedoms. " Still, it felt in my opinion like anything was changing too fast – and for the worse. That seemed there was a legislation for anything, most of them forbidding Jews to accomplish the things We most enjoyed” (Matas 14). These laws and regulations were referred to as the Nuremberg Laws, and there were a pair of them. The first regulation was known as " Legislation for the Protection of German Blood and German born Honor”, which will did not let marriages and extra-marital sexual intercourse between Jewish and German people. This law as well prohibited Jews from having German maids who were under forty-five-years-old doing work in their homes. The second rules was named " The Reich Nationality Law”, which took away the rights of Jewish people in Germany, stripping their identity and citizenship. " We were independent now coming from everyone else in Frankfurt. Independent and for some reason less crucial. Not as good as the ‘pure', ‘real Germans'” (Matas 16).
