When studying one of the most well known philosophers, Jean-Paul Sartre, we could quickly brought to the concept of negative faith. Without reading everything with this subject, the term alone, perhaps, emits a negative meaning. But to a fantastic surprise, Sartre's concept of awful faith can be far from creating a negative backdrop. Through this intelligent philosopher, we learn that bad faith is only a rest that we notify to ourselves in order to reject that we happen to be being totally free and accountable.

In Sartre's philosophical articles from Being and Nothingness, Sartre produces, " If bad beliefs is possible, it is because it is an immediate, permanent danger to every task of the man; it is because awareness conceals in its being a permanent risk of negative faith. The foundation of this risk is the fact the nature of consciousness at the same time is to be what and what not. ” (348) Especially focusing on the size of consciousness, what Sartre strategies this is which the nature of consciousness is definitely something that we believe is designed to support us produce decisions that people are to follow through with. Although that is certainly how we envision the idea of consciousness, we study that our mindful tells us what direction to go, but we all as people sometimes no longer follow through with this for reasons that we want to make decisions for others and not intended for ourselves. For that reason, this demonstrates that we all handle the concept of " bad faith” because inside our daily lives we cope with situations just like going against what the conscious tells us.

In Sartre's writings, he allows us to see how bad beliefs can occur in our every day lives in simple conditions.
