Attitude – How does a consumer develop and alter attitude? When we buy products we all weight the main attributes. Psychiatrist Martin Fishbein states which the attitude toward an object is a sum with the consequences of this object measured by the evaluation of those consequences In order to be familiar with consumer patterns the Ajzen and Fishbein´s theory of reasoned actions (TRA) can be utilised. TRA was associated to voluntary tendencies. Later it was realized that that behavior is never entirely under your own accord. Therefore it was changed to " the theory of planned behavior". This theory predicts deliberate behavior; the reason behind this is that behavior can be deliberative and planned Attitude is a predisposition to evaluate a subject positively or perhaps negatively. It includes emotional and cognitive components. Fishbein unit implies that to be able to enhance each of our attribute we are able to action pursuing levers: 1 ) Improve our ratings in a few of the attributes (the values that consumers have relating to our brand) 2 .
